Restocking Fee

Upon receiving a service order, we will send a confirmation email detailing the service scope.
The client must reply to the email to explicitly approve or decline the service.
Approved Services:
For client-approved services, we will proceed with execution as per our workflow.
Declined Services:
If the client declines via email, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
No Response:
If the client does not reply within 7 business days, the service will be automatically cancelled, and a refund processed.
